Last night I dreamt that the six year old and two year old had solved our crumbling plaster walls problem. In my dream they showed me how they simply cut the crumbling plaster from the wall and pasted it into a Word document, where they ran a kind of wallchecker that repaired the plaster. Once it was fixed, they showed me how to cut and paste the plaster back in place. In my dream I was amazed at their ingenuity and delighted we'd a DIY solution to our problem - and off we set, cutting and pasting our plaster from wall to Word and back, transforming

Day 3 - we meet the neighbours

The six year old was in forest school today, so Mehdi collected him (smelling of smoke and leaves, with a collection of whittled wood) and then drove to get the two year old at the crèche.
